We have precision overhead projector to test various specifications of the products and to control the quality of the finished products. We have fully-automatic elasticity test machine to control the mechanical performance and features of the products.

Elasticity test

The final stage of spring production is to test the elasticity, spring, fatigue resistance and service life according to the design.

Spring test

Test the spring force when the spring is compressed from solid height to the required height according to the design. The spring is inversely proportional to the compression within spring limits.

Stretch test

Test the stretch force when the spring is pulled from solid height. The stretch is proportional to the pulling force within spring limits.

Torsion test

Test the rebound force when the spring is twisted by certain force. The torsion angle should be proportional to the torsion force within spring limits.

Fatigue test

It is also called service life test. The service life of the spring terminates when the spring is deformed, damaged or spring strength lowered after being repeatedly compressed or pulled.
